Thank you for getting back a feed back if you are trying to improve the standards, Everything was fine as marked above till the moment of check out, When I was about to return the keys, the receptionist gave a bill for my entire stay in the hotel, a fresh bill in Thai bath and she insisted that I must pay it. I showed the computer print out I got at the time I confirmed my booking but she was refusing to accept it as a payment. This doc. showed confirmed booking. She insisted that I must show a receipt for the payment which I did not have, I tried to explain her but never accepted. She said booking through Bookings.com is like this, only a booking but payment is not deducted, thereafter I lost my temper and tell them to do anything and and I walked away, throwing the key back at them. and I told them I am not paying again. This was a very embarrassing situation in front of all the people, Much appreciate if you take adequate precautions to prevent such situations and also I would like to know what has gone wrong. At one point I was about make the payment but my wife luckily said not to pay, thereafter they did not ask me about the payment, A reply would be appreciated, Regards, Dr. Dassanayake.

The location is ok, near MBK mall (15-20 minutes walking)
The shower was horrible, very old and inconvenient Too dark room The conditioner works bad: when you turn on low speed it's hot, when medium-it's freezing Too old furniture There were holes in our bedclothes. Won't go there again

The hotel has the 1st halal restaurant and very convenient for muslim travellers. But the hotel didn't provide free wifi or any desktop with free wifi for the guest. Even we had paid the wifi cost but the service of the internet is very poor.

I've stayed here 3 times already.. Lovely hotel and friendly staff.. The main reason why I keep coming back is because of its perfect location for shopping.. One can shop like crazy in Bangkok.. Its so close to Indra Square, Platinum Mall, MBK... Perfect location for Shop-aholics.. I keep shopping, drop my bags off at the hotel and go out shopping again..!! Its maybe just around 20 minutes drive from the airport which costs you around 400 Baht..
I wish they had free Wi-Fi..!!!!

I liked the fact that it is clean and close to the train station. Staff were helpful.
I stayed for 3 nights in the same room and payed 3 different prices. 1St night I had already booked earlier in the day online(1375THB) , the 2nd night I payed late in the evening at the counter and had already left my bags in the room(1500THB) , the 3rd night I had already paid in advance online(1400THB). All with my visa. There was only one person who speaks good English and I'm not sure if she was there on the day I booked from Krabi(3rd night in hotel), so I had big problems getting an answer to a question because they simply could not understand and hung up on me 3 times. When I checked out, they had a new charge for me which didn't make any sense (345thb) and when I showed my visa receipts with my payments it went away, so I didn't have to pay it. I don't look at these as being big negatives and will stay there again, but I can speak some Thai, just not enough.
